End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: May 1, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and StudyFlow Suite (“Licensor”), governing your use of the StudyFlow Suite software application (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or using StudyFlow Suite, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use StudyFlow Suite on one device, solely for personal or educational use. You may not:

  • modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;

  • use the software for commercial resale, distribution, or to provide services to third parties;

  • circumvent license or subscription features.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the licensor. This license does not convey any ownership rights.

3. Updates and changes

StudyFlow Suite may automatically update or modify itself at any time. These updates may change or remove features, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

4. Subscription terms

If you subscribe to StudyFlow Suite services, billing and account handling are managed by Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining access credentials and managing your subscription through Stripe’s platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Data handling

StudyFlow Suite collects certain non-personal usage data to improve functionality and manage subscription access. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • quiz questions presented through the software

  • AI-generated answer selections

  • interface elements such as submit buttons

  • usage timestamps

  • Stripe customer ID for subscription management

This data:

  • is used solely to improve answer accuracy, system performance, and to verify subscription status;

  • is not tied to personal identifiers unless explicitly provided by the user;

  • is stored securely and may be retained for internal analysis, feature refinement, debugging, or account authentication.

By using StudyFlow Suite, you consent to the collection and use of such data as described. If you are located in a region subject to data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal or usage data collected. You may contact us at any time to exercise these rights.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor makes no representations or guarantees regarding the functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the software.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you breach any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Governing law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
