How do I install StudyFlow Suite on Windows?
StudyFlow Suite can be downloaded directly from the homepage or through the main menu under "My StudyFlow" by selecting "Download for Windows."
Does StudyFlow Suite work on Mac or mobile devices?
Currently, StudyFlow Suite is only available for Windows. macOS support is in future development plans, and mobile support is not available at this time.
Do I need an internet connection to use StudyFlow Suite?
Yes, an active internet connection is required. This is necessary to access your online homework and to allow StudyFlow Suite to communicate with our servers.
How do I start answering questions with StudyFlow Suite?
To begin, open the FreeFlow mode from the main menu. First, capture the submit button by selecting "Capture Submit Button" and then clicking and dragging your mouse around the button. Once saved, position and resize the FreeFlow interface over the quiz area, ensuring it covers both the question and the submit button. This allows StudyFlow Suite to accurately capture and process your inputs.
Can it work on any website or only certain ones?
StudyFlow Suite is designed to work on most websites, but it has not been tested on every platform. Results may vary depending on the site’s structure.
Does it support essay questions or just multiple choice?
At this time, only multiple choice questions are supported. However, support for essay-style questions is currently in development.
How do I use the FocusFlow feature?
To use FocusFlow, start by capturing the question area in the same way you capture the submit button in FreeFlow mode—click and drag to define the region. Then, click "Start Session." If the correct question doesn't appear, use the refresh button to retry.
Can I upload a PDF for StudyFlow Suite to complete?
PDF upload is not yet supported, but this feature is part of our planned future development.
Can I train it to recognize my school’s quiz layout?
StudyFlow Suite gradually adapts based on usage. By using the application regularly, it improves its performance and recognition of various quiz formats.
What if it doesn’t click the right answer or button?
As this is an alpha release, occasional misclicks can happen. However, StudyFlow Suite uses multiple answer sources to maximize accuracy. If you experience persistent issues, please report them.
How do I reset or re-capture my submit button?
To reset the captured button, go to the FreeFlow menu and click "Capture Submit Button" again to define a new region.
What information does StudyFlow Suite collect?
We collect your email address and your Stripe customer ID, which are used solely for authentication and subscription management.
Does StudyFlow Suite store my quiz results?
Currently, StudyFlow Suite does not store quiz results. This may be added in the future depending on user interest and feedback.
Why isn’t it selecting the answer correctly?
Incorrect selections are typically related to screen interaction issues. While these were addressed prior to release, variations in system setups may cause unexpected behavior. Please report any problems so we can investigate.
What should I do if the app freezes or crashes?
If StudyFlow Suite crashes or freezes, please email info@studyflowsuite.com with a description of what you were doing at the time. While rare, crashes may occasionally occur at the end of a quiz session.
What’s the difference between the Basic and Supporter plans?
Both plans offer the same features. The Supporter plan exists for users who want to help fund the continued development of StudyFlow Suite.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription via the "Manage Subscription" button on the homepage or through the "My StudyFlow" menu. All subscriptions are securely handled through Stripe.
Why is my license key not working?
If your license key is not functioning, please contact us at info@studyflowsuite.com. Although this issue hasn't occurred yet, we're here to help if it does.
