These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StudyFlow Suite ("we", "our", or "us") and its related software, services, and website (https://studyflowsuite.com). By accessing or using any part of StudyFlow Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use StudyFlow Suite, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of legal digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your login or license key with others is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StudyFlow Suite to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce parts of the software without permission

  • Abuse, spam, or interfere with the experience of others

  • Attempt to bypass license restrictions or subscription systems

  • Engage in or promote academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of StudyFlow Suite in graded or monitored environments

StudyFlow Suite is intended to support learning and preparation. It must not be used in violation of your school, college, or institution’s academic integrity policies.

4. Availability and updates

We aim to provide consistent access to StudyFlow Suite but do not guarantee that the software or services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of the software or website at any time.

5. Payment and billing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing to StudyFlow Suite, you agree to Stripe’s billing terms and policies. Subscription charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

6. Support

We offer email-based support at support@studyflowsuite.com. While we aim to respond promptly, support is not guaranteed and availability may vary. Priority support may be limited to active subscribers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to StudyFlow Suite without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse the software in ways that harm others or the service

  • Attempt to defraud or abuse subscription features

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all associated files.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyFlow Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from reliance on automated outputs.

9. Modifications to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we may notify you via email or the application interface. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at https://studyflowsuite.com/terms.
